With her bright, bubbly personality and infectious laugh, Hope lights up any room while maintaining a strong commitment to her role in real estate. She understands the importance of her position and dedicates her full attention to helping clients manage their hard-earned investment properties.

Hope’s top priority is making both renters and rental providers feel welcome, heard, and understood, ensuring any queries are promptly and accurately addressed. Her determination and strong will, paired with her fun, energetic nature, bring a fresh enthusiasm to the rental department.

As the Director/OIEC, Hope doesn’t just treat her position as a job; she genuinely enjoys meeting clients, building relationships, and putting a face to the voices she interacts with. With her friendly disposition and quick mind, she is highly knowledgeable in all areas of property management and is always eager to continue learning about the real estate industry. Since beginning her career in 2012 as a property management administrator, Hope has worked her way up through roles such as leasing manager, business development manager, senior property manager, team leader, and department manager.

Her passion for customer service and her energy are why she is such a valued member of the team. In her spare time, Hope enjoys spending quality time with family, friends, and her mischievous Husky, Maya.
